BabbyWing has developed a shipping policy as follows: When you place an order for any product on the website babbywing.com, every order will be shipped within 3-7 business days.

The shipping policy aims to educate and provide customers with a clear understanding of the essential details, customer rights, and limitations regarding the handling of product shipments on our website. Therefore, it is designed to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers' service experience.

Product Delivery/Shipping

  • Product delivery on the website babbywing.com is carried out in sequential order according to the order number. 
  • Every order will be shipped to customers within 3-7 business days to ensure timely delivery.
  • babbywing.com utilizes the standard shipping system of Thailand Post (Registered Mail) within Thailand only.
  • The shipping fee is 60 baht. However, customers who make a purchase of more than 1,500 baht will be exempted from the shipping fee. (Applies to domestic shipping within Thailand only.)
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), BabbyWing.com currently does not have a policy to provide this service.
  • BabbyWing.com reserves the right not to proceed with product delivery in cases where the address details and shipping information are incomplete.
  • Once the order transaction is completed, you cannot change the delivery location for the product.

Product Shipping Guarantee

Information and conditions regarding the product shipping guarantee are as follows: 

  • Please sign the goods receipt document every time as evidence in case you need to return the products.
  • The company reserves the right not to be held responsible for any damages exceeding the declared value of the products, regardless of the circumstances.

In the case of incorrect delivery due to inaccurate shipping address information provided

In the event that a customer has entered incorrect shipping address information, resulting in a misdelivery or incorrect address, please promptly contact our customer service department to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue caused by the aforementioned error.
